( today, like most days, has gone by as it usually does in the last city. the general hustle and almost unnerving routine of it all is what perhaps leads rowan to seek out her friend among the warlocks. after all-- she imagines another hunter might perhaps accidentally blow it up, the titans would certainly bash it with their heads and other warlocks might try to lock whatever it was up in some lab. you know, those weird warlock labs where they did weird warlock things with their weird warlock magic science stuff. either way, it does not take long to find the familiar face and she sneaks down out of the shadows with a half-grin that gives little and everything away as she pulls her hood down.
for a moment, she fusses with her braid and watches the guardians milling about as her ghost idly floats about with chipper greeting. )
I found something. ( that tells nothing which is both good and bad. ) On the moon, at least, it's a map to something on the moon. I haven't actually went there yet.
[ currently, nish is in the middle of sorting through her inventory when she catches that glimpse of movement from the corner of her eye, and even if her ghost hadn't been close by, she would have recognized rowan's silhouette almost immediately. there's a particular prowl to a hunter that's different than a warlock or titan, but more than that, it's in the way they each carry themselves that stands out to her. she could get into the science of it if it had been something to really interest her; as it is, her particular interests lie elsewhere, which is probably why her curiosity is immediately piqued the moment rowan mentions having found something. ( it wouldn't have mattered if it hadn't been a map since all the lore is something she wants to know at some point in her many-lived lives. ) ]
Are you asking me to go because you need a fireteam? Or as a friend? [ the curve of nish's mouth indicates the slightest tease, but she turns to face the other guardian with a particular somberness seconds after, already set to return to orbit so they can discover the dark secrets of the moon. if they dove deeper than the surface, it could mean trouble. ] What does the map say it is?
( it takes a moment but she finally settles enough to stop fidgeting and sit. it isn't often she is in the city and when she is there is always an odd sense of confinement to be found in being under the traveler's literal shadow. perhaps that is what cayde was always talking about when he quietly begged them to always take him with them when they left on mission. )
A little of column a, and a little of column b. ( she answers with the slightest tilt of her head. )
Golden age tech which really could be anything. A gun, some moon boots, another fragment of Rasputin, a ship, or even a really big gun.
